This is not something that can be laid
out in totally precise terms, due to the
many variables involved. However, there
is no problem!
All you need do initially is contact
us and make mention of your area of interest
- whether it be a cloak or some other
item we make. If you have a color in mind
and style then tell us - also do refer
to any specific item example you have
seen on the site, quoting if from a slide
show, the number that appears on a picture,
or the image filename, gained thru checking
picture properties. Final ordering and
implementation is currently done through
EBay to complete a transaction.
Once we have contact established then
we will communicate by return email or
if necessary suggest you telephone us
to discuss requirements. We do find some
fabrics hard to repeat and so what might
be seen on the site is not necessarily
always available. We would though attempt
to find a close match and discussion of
the matter would of course help here.
We even can accept in certain circumstances,
a customer supplying fabric of their choice
and shipping it to us. The only proviso
there however is that we know the characteristics
of the fabric, as some varieties are impractical
or very difficult to work with. Very stretchy/elastic
fabrics are sometimes a good example of
this.
Payment - we almost exclusively
use PayPal
and this is a very easy and secure way
to make payment - pay via our email
address (bonnie at bedford dot net). If
you choose to send us a check then naturally
there will be some delay as we would have
to wait for the check to clear before
proceeding with an order. Our lead time
tends to vary according to the seasons,
communication and fabric availabilities,
and this is information we would convey
while setting up an order.
Shipping - Orders are shipped by
USPS and costed by weight and destination.
